- Internal linking strategy
- Schema and rich snippet opportunities

This document is presented by the manager of the Outreach team, and it includes:
- Competitor backlink gap analysis
- Target site list for guest posts and link insertions

- Anchor text mapping strategy
- Monthly link acquisition goals
All the managers review these three documents to ensure their efforts are aligned. Once they confirm alignment, they prepare the documents for submission to the client.
Step 4. Strategy Document Submission to Get Client Approval
All three documents, including content, SEO, and outreach strategy, are submitted to you as we seek confirmation from your end before final execution of the strategy.
These document plans are created for a 3-month period. Once you give us the go-ahead, we will proceed to the next step. If any changes are needed, we will revise the strategy based on your feedback before moving forward.
